Executive Assistant Job Description:

Support partners and executives by performing a wide variety of tasks to enhance communication, effectiveness, and productivity.

    • Schedule initial and follow up meetings (if applicable)

  • Office Management

    • Stock with office supplies, food, phones and computers, furniture, etc.

    • Set up any presentations
    • Give directions on the way out the door
    • Be available to attend or drive to and from dinners
  • Projects
    • Redesign Conference areas considering comfort, functionality, appearance, and budget
    • Complete with competency any projects assigned to you by CFO, COO, and CCO
    • Print/scan/organize documents for partners/executive and disseminate to all necessary parties
    • Write or edit mass correspondences to inform clients about holiday hours, system updates, new products etc.
  • Personal/Administrative Assistance
    • Keep schedules
    • Manage Outlook calendars
  • Book all travel arrangements
    • Organize travel agendas for employees with hotel and flight information, directions, meeting arrangements, etc.
    • Drive MeritCard employees or clients to and from the airport, hotels, etc.
    • Run errands around town (dropping off documents or mail, picking up lunches, remedying unplanned supply shortages, etc.)
    • Take/deliver phone calls or messages for partners
